This month's goal:

  • To truly stay motivated, focus on internal factors such as a sense of achievement, and purpose, and recognise your own value. Instead of chasing superficial rewards, prioritize developing skills and pursuing passions for their own sake.
  • To gather with family for cousin's wedding and explore Taiwan
  • Ask yourself this important question: What are the long-term investments in character growth and contributions that matter to me?

Don't just believe everything people tell you right away - you gotta check things out before deciding what's really true.

Nobody sees things perfectly objectively since we all got our own biases and limited experiences that shape our views.

A little chat with myself:

  • Stay chill and let natural learning play out over time instead of rushing to judgments.
  • Pay attention to the situation and decide if it's a good moment to dive into discussions based on how folks are feeling emotionally.
  • Knowing when to press pause on debate and simply provide support without input is valuable too.

So, here's what I think:

Assessing if someone's open to talk or needs space is just as key as what you wanna say. It is not all about you Cindy (haha). With emotional awareness, speaking up or keeping silent are both tools for minimizing harm when sharing ideas. Choosing engage or disengage based on getting a sense of where someone's at respects psychological and emotional boundaries. It shows you care.It shows respect for psychological and emotional boundaries.

Current Work at IStudentPlus

Creative

It's great that I've found a supportive circle to share my creative work with. These people can provide valuable feedback, encouragement, and even opportunities for collaboration that can take everyone's work to new heights. Remember, mutual support can move mountains.

Attention:

  • While pursuing your creative endeavours, it's important not to neglect your full-time job. Your reputation there gives you the freedom to explore and grow. Make sure to maintain the same level of excellence that won't raise any doubts about your expanded efforts. Stay committed to delivering high-quality work in both areas.

Exploration

  • I'm excited to explore Taiwan! It's a new destination for me, and I can't wait to see what this beautiful country has to offer.

Building Habits

  • To become more realistic about what I can accomplish on a daily basis, I need to focus on planning right and planning better.
