Quotes of this month:

Real achievement is measured by its outcomes and impacts.

In July, I want to remind myself of the importance of setting clear goals instead of rushing to complete them. I should not pursue an activity solely for the sake of doing it, nor mistake the activity itself for an achievement. Instead, I should focus on the real outcomes and impacts resulting from those achievements.

My focus will be on long-term thinking and completing all of my plans for this month. Additionally, I plan to start each day by practicing gratitude—recently, my friend Jelly reminded me of the importance of doing this, and I am excited to incorporate it into my daily routine.

Practice the ‘we’ll see’ attitude.

I will evaluate my progress with a "we'll see" attitude. I believe that this mentality will allow me to remain open to new opportunities and possibilities, and to avoid getting too carried away with the things I want to accomplish.

I will learn to live with questions. Sometimes, it's better to live as if I'm reading a book in a foreign language where I don't know the answers yet. I won't seek answers immediately, because I may not fully understand their meaning. By living with questions, I may gradually living along some distant day into the answers or might alter the questions :)

The month of July is dedicated to fostering connections.

This month, I am prioritizing building meaningful connections with others while also being mindful not to overextend myself. I will be more proactive in the relationships I cultivate and the discussions I engage in, making sure they are in line with my values and aspirations.

I am eager to explore the unknown and embrace the uncertainties that lie ahead this month. Working alongside my new team members and taking on exciting projects in Indonesia, I am optimistic that I can achieve my personal and professional objectives by maintaining a positive mindset and having fun in the process.

Good news: I am thrilled to join the NSW Multicultural Women's Group. Jessie, a woman whom I admire, has recently become my role model..

Stay busy and see you next month!
